Science for the visually impaired student????

Post by newguy » Fri Feb 06, 2004 4:46 am

Being the new 5th grade teacher that I am, I overheard one of my colleagues discussing an interesting topic. It had to do with teaching to the visually impaired student. Obviously, the lessons would have to be modified to fit the student's needs. Using Science as an example, how can a "hands on" science lesson be administered successfully?
