methods and research

Post by oscar » Sun Nov 09, 2003 6:46 pm

Hi - I'm currently working on a research project for my Master's in TESL concerning immigration and citizenship into Canada, and am seeking sources in reference to language learning for adults a) in or over a short period of time (I guess that would be intensive with a small "i"), and b) as a continuing process in the workplace. I would like to investigate theoretical and classroom methods, ways that learners who don't have time to attend many classes after citizenship because they must work, or care for families, etc. can avoid regressing in ability. Useful texts would also be great, or any relevant info. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
Cheers,
oscar
