Hi

This is to warn and teachers or prospective students - DO NOT APPLY AT INTERNATIONAL KIDS ACADEMY in Nagoya Japan!!

Here is why:

1. They don't stick to your contract, meaning they expect you to work over time every day, and if you don't they question you or ostracise you!
2. Management does not have the staff or the students' interest at heart!
3. If you "raise any concerns" regarding anything they have no problem firing a teacher wether you do your job or not!
4. AWEFUL working environment!
5. No appreciation for any job well done!
6. Foreign teachers have NO say in what goes on in their classes!
7. They sometimes make empty promises especially when it comes to money!
8. You get NO breaks during the day - which is illegal!!! They consider a break "playing with the kids!"
9. The kids get emtionally ABUSED and the staff are extremely stressed!!
