Okay, maybe I'm blind or dumb but I can't seem to find a specific place for EFL/ ESL teachers to discuss employment in general, or specifically..??.. Like maybe we could refer jobs to each other and eliminate shady recruiters. Does such a forum exist?

I mean I see this voluminous list of FORUMS of all types, most of which even I as an experienced teacher would never or rarely use -- but where is the one Forum I really really really need...??

Further, I was trying to post my resume here and that was a fiasco, as in "How the heck does this work??" I wrote to 'Dave S." days ago with no reply. In retrospect I think posting such might be a waste of time, but still it would be nice to know HOW. Are there instructions somewhere?

Well after stumbling along I found the link 'Job links' and went in there and rooted around and saw another link and eventually fell upon 'ESL Cafe Job Discussion Forum'

I think you could make it a bit easier, n'es pas? I.e. maybe under the Main link 'Stuff for Teachers', maybe in there it would reveal this job discussion forum...?

Just a thought.
