What web sites would you recommend for teaching biology and chemistry to 1st year high school students? Look at my earlier post for more info.

both discovery.com and bbc.co in their education sections have excellent resources and lesson plans.
also innerbody.com and cellsalive.com have great graphics if you can get your kiddies to a terminal. these sites are not EFL friendly but the pictures speak for themselves.
got some ideas for practicals that i used back home, but i have no idea where or how to find the resources here (Japan) and if you have access to a lab.
