How Do You Find Teaching Resources?

Post by EncyclopediaPalabra » Fri Oct 10, 2014 7:22 am

Hi TOEFL teachers! I am a grad student doing research into how E2 teachers get their information. If you're interested in sharing, respond below or in my Google Form. Thanks!

1. Do you use resources and services provided by libraries? [if yes, what; if no, why not?]
2. Do you seek out your own ways of obtaining information?
[sources can include: observations, people, speeches, documents, pictures, organizations, websites, etc.]
3. Do you use the internet to find information? [for lesson plans, activities, groups, blogs, etc.]
>>If so, how do you start your search?
>>What is your preferred method of finding information?
4. When was the last time you used the library? [what for?]
5. How could your local library improve? [think of the physical structure, the services offered, the staff, the website, etc.]
6. How long have you been a member of this Facebook page?
>>How did you find out about it?
>>What other teaching sites do you enjoy? [blogs, FB pages, forums, etc.]
