Best books for young beginner ESL Students

Post by thebeastisback2007 » Sat Jun 25, 2016 3:49 pm

Hi all!

I'm making a list of what people think are the best low grade books for ESL students, aged 7-10 (low A2 to medium A2 level). The language must be relatively easy, and the book must be fun and interesting for kids and age appropriate (Nothing too childish). To give you an idea of what i'm looking for, one of the suggestions was ''Where the wild things are''.

Please give your opinions and recommendations :)

Reading list

I made a list of non-fiction and reality-based fiction for my daughter when she was 5. These book all interested me as an adult and would be enjoyable for age 7-10 ESL students.

I also made a list with a little more fantasy in it, which I designed with my daughter in mind at age 6. So, if the first list doesn't have any titles of interest, this second list definitely would:

Enjoy!
