I would be looking for dialogues dealing with real-life situations at work, minidramas really, which focus on issues such as cost-cutting, workers' protection violations, negotiating, technical problem solving, application and job-interviews, delegation of tasks, criticizing, cultural issues, meetings, conversation strategies, leadership issues and similar issues.
I'm aware that I would probably have to modify and amend existing sources to get them tailored to my needs.
Is there any online source where one could find sample conversations?
Transcripts of videos, for example?
