Can anybody suggest a "really crowded"keypal/proje

What I mean is that I used to be subscribed to a site part of the web66 school directory which had many subscribers and the project/keypal request was sent to all subscribers via email list. Is there a similar place where 'everybody' goes to serach for sister classes, etc??
