I am designing a site comprising of ESL courses and would like to invite anyone who is interested to make a proposal for a course. The hosting and system usage will be free if the course you design is open to the public.

We could do the same, free hosting and designing for any English / IELTS / TOEFL course if you course / material is freely accesible for all, (registering is ok) mail me at ieltshelp at aippg.com
Also we are willing to provide hosting support for free for quality english sites
