I posted this on the CALL board without any luck....

Im looking for keypals for my students here in Toluca, Mexico (near Mexico City). In particular, Im looking for teachers of Spanish to native speakers of English who want to pair up our students to help each other with grammar and writing assignments - while our native speakers of English and Spanish cant catch all errors, they can catch a lot. Our semester system here is much like the system in the US (Aug-Dec/Jan-May) but any other class of native-English speakers are welcome as well. Id like to set up something for a semester, maybe giving our students some kind of credit for systematic interaction?

I teach mostly advanced students, both high school and early college level but I see no reason that the Spanish class be limited solely to advanced learners.

You can contact me privately if you like at leigh@itesm.mx
