IS SHAKESPEARE BIG IN TEXAS ?

Post by skelso » Thu Mar 03, 2005 5:34 pm

Friends, Texan teachers, Shakespeareans, lend me your experiences! I am an ESL teacher in an intensive English program and am writing my master's thesis on using Shakespeare with ESL and EFL students in secondary and college levels. I have taught Shakespeare and have gotten good response from IEP students. If you have any experience with using Shakespeare in an ESL setting please respond to my 15 question survey at http://english.boisestate.edu/skelso

Disclaimer: I am not a Texan, only a wannabe. We drove from Idaho to Corpus Christi this last summer and didn't want to leave. The Gulf water was warm and swimable, the seafood delectable and the folks hospitable.
