Teaching the Teachers

Post by Sigma » Sun Sep 25, 2005 4:22 am

I need help with teaching material on Pronounciation. I am in Mainland China where there is no teaching material available anywhere for American English. Can anyone send me any lesson. I am teaching English teachers of High Schools and Colleges. They know the structure well but the practice of American English speaking and sounding is null. Please if you have material I need desperately.

I just sent you my first four. Let me know if it doesn't arrive, if you have questions, or if you need me to zip them. I wrote them to match my teaching style, so you can see if anything jumps out as useful.

There are a ton of resources on the internet, I just found one great website http://international.ouc.bc.ca/pronunci ... unit06.pdf
Search on google for pronunciation lesson plans and you'll find a bunch more...Good luck!

Cheers,

Alex
