Anybody have any good sites/references/materials on voice training?

I'm looking for materials on:

word and sentence stress, linking, rhythm, enunciation, problem sounds, adjusting speed and volume, tone of voice, consonant clusters etc...

I find American Accent Training a useful resource, except that my peeps all want British English!

You might try Pronunciation Matters by Henrichsen et al. It has minimal pairs involving word stress, intonation, and consonant clusters, though not the other things you describe. The authors put each minimal pair in context by writing a story around each one.
