I'm wondering about online teaching via MSN or some such messaging service but have noticed in the fine print that MSN .."may be used at work but not to do business without a separate written contract with Microsoft." Would you say that online English lessons constituted "doing business"? I'm asking because I don't really want Bill Gates on my back and maybe someone knows of a better service to use.
