Using the Internet to teach ESP -HELP, please.

I'm trying to combine traditional reading comprehension exercises with the use of Internet to teach technical English, namely English for engineers.
Do you know of any sites on the Web?
Do you know of any bibliography I may consult?
Because most of the papers & sites are Internet & ESL.

I don't teach engineering students, but I do know of this British Council page:
