I am looking for this book by Susan Kay. I used to use it a lot and it was great. Now its out of print.
ANy one know of something similar to use ? (photocopiable worksheets etc)

Reward Resource books ar not out of print - not here in Germany anyway! There is a series of resource books, from starter to upper-intermediate and they're erat. they're published by Heinemannn-Macmillan (www.mhelt.com)
Check teh website, you might be able to order them tehre!
