I wrote just such a course and put my PowerPoint slides up on my Website, which is pretty much a complete course for writing emails. There's also plenty of supplementary handouts. at: http://www.jamesabela.co.uk/bus/guidedwriting.html
The Handout you are looking for is 21st Century English. I hope this helps out.
