I am from a non-EU country and I am considering a career in ESL in places such as France, Czech Republic, Spain, etc. I need recommendations on the best certification programs and on which European countries are favorable to holders of non-EU passports. HELP!!! Thanks!!!

Thank you for posting this great question. I've wondered about the same thing - especially as the dollar continues to collapse and the euro sails higher and higher.
