hello everyone!

i would really love to spend my career teaching english overseas. i have a keen interest in language and would love to help others learn english. Current teachers, please help...what is the best way to be a successful TEFL teacher? I plan on studying German and French in the university, should a major in education instead or do schools only require some kind of degree? Also, is it possible to actually save money teaching english overseas or do you just get basic living expenses?

Thank you!
