Hello. My name is Kabelo Tshupelo. I am currently staudying a diploma in education in a collge in Francistown, Botswana. I am a student teacher training to be a lecturer/facilitator/teacher. I would like you to assist me in problems that i have in my course. I would like you to tell me the importance of a session plan and its components. What should a person as a facilitator bear in mind when preparing a session plan. What are the aspects that one as a teacher/facilitator should bear in mind before conducting a session.
