I'm going to stay with family in Okinawa and would like to begin a job search while I'm there. My credentials are a BA with teaching experience in Korea. Can anyone point me to some resources regarding schools (preferably main island) or approaches I should take while I'm there? And/or what preparations I should take before I leave.

| In the FAQ sticky part 1, there are 4 Okinawa links in item 2. Have you looked at them? Okinawa doesn't have much, as you probably realize. |

| Okinawa is a hard nut to crack. Very few jobs and the lowest pay in Japan. One top of that there are many US troops there and many wives teach English. Its a great place but ..... |
