Good Evening!
Greetings from Saigon. We are now in the hot, dry season - an absence of rain and blessed by low humidity. Here's a new poem that I just wrote.
Warm regards,
Andy
-------------
Sunday evening
Ironing white shirts
Fingers smooth hot material
Iron glides mysteriously across the fabric
Standing barefoot on the cool floor
Toes caressing tiles
And a foot in place of a foot |

Now the message on my e-mail makes sense.
Hot season? Not yet!
Enjoy! |

Hello!
I wanted to private message you but I apparently don't have enough postings to send private messages. I will be in Saigon next Wednesday to look for a job teaching English (with a 120 hour SIT TESOL) and don't know a soul. Was wondering if you can recommend any places to go to meet other teachers or if you would be up for meeting up. It's a bit daunting not knowing anyone.
Liked your poem.
