What places (recruiters?) can I go to in China to work as little as possible? It will be hard enough for me even being/surviving there so I need plenty of time off to do other things and so I don't want work getting in the way.

Thanks a bunch.

You know it!
Like one place I worked at elsewhere worked me all the time so I had no time for anything else. Not knowing the language like the people who are from there is a major hurdle they don't have to contend with.
I was asked if I was able to go to places, explore the culture, meet the local girls etc etc but I was so worn out from work and taking care of the basic things (washing clothes, dishes, shopping) that I had zero time for anything else.
I need like a vacation job for awhile to somehow make up for what was lost.

You only need to know three things. Learn the lyrics and tunes of these songs: The wheels on the bus go round and round, If you're happy and you know it clap your hands, and Head and shoulders, knees and toes. You're all ready to go and teach English majors at a uni 10 hours a week for 4k a month. Enjoy your free time.

keep looking, you'll find something suitable. on the other hand, don't
look too hard......that would be almost like icky work.

my last uni job required 10 hours a week. one lesson plan weekly,
repeated five times. the on-campus 'hotel' provided twice-weekly
maid service - wash the floors, change the sheets, clean the bathroom.
one of the ft's left his dishes in the sink for them to wash. that just
leaves washing clothes. the maids probably would have done that
also (for a small fee, or maybe for free?) but still, if you're careful,
you can make a pair of undies last a month, and a couple dress shirts
can go a whole semester. (lay 'em flat under your mattress to keep
'em pressed! remember to turn the undies inside-outy weekly!)
dirty jeans are fashionable. shower with flip-flops to keep 'em clean.
and for shopping? the canteens and the local restaurants deliver.
the water guy delivers. the shops will send someone over with beer
and baijiu. kfc and mickey-d and pizza hut also have home delivery.

it's like paradise.

i'm confused.

i was thinking reggin was reggie misspellded.

but he had no relation to ralph hardy.

ralph hardy? the secret identity of the jaguar (archie comix!)

jaguars have spots, right? maybe he's confused jaguars with
black panthers.

ralph hardy is a white dude. he's also a zoologist.

being educated and all, he would surely spell 'reggie' correctly.

he'd also be able to spell backwards.

Dangit RED! I tried those songs in order and now my uni students hate me. Well, maybe they don't hate me, they just think I'm stupid? Anyway, things became tense in oral English class using those songs.

Obviously I need three more songs. Please someone help me I have classes tomorrow. Not "Old McDonald" or "Twinkle Twinkle", I tried those, too.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

But if you listen to some people for these boards, the average uni gig pays 6k. Rolling Eyes
