Firstly Krasnoyarsk is very remote and a long way from anywhere if things go wrong,which you have to allow for, and incidentally the cost of basic living needs is not cheap either there when you consider that most things have to be imported from abroad or distant parts of Russia.In any case the salary is miserly and the conditions almost entirely in favour of the employer,leaving you effectively at their mercy!So why even consider something which looks bad from the outset?
The advice from our friend in VV is also very useful-personal contact and developing trust is essential to get anywhere in Russia and this takes time.It is also true that despite all the injustices,corruption and moral arguments about the unfair distribution of wealth etc. in Russia there are some people in most urban areas who are wealthy nowadays and by no means all of them are gangsters.They have money to spend on what you are providing so from that angle it makes sense for you to take advantage of the opportunity to reward your efforts for going there?
