What would be my job prospects after working a year for an EF or similarly low paying school in Indo? I have CELTA and two years teaching exp in Japan (kindergarten to 18 yrs old) The work experience was pre- CELTA.
It seems a lot of schools are looking for BA English (I don't have BA in English). Am I going to be locked out of a lot of schools? With the result that I will only be able to work for the low paying EF type schools, however long I stay.
What about Nat + schools? Do you need an English degree to work for them?
Any advice is much appreciated. |
