Worked for them twice, can highly recommend! PM me if you have specific questions. I am still friendly with the director.

I worked for them from 2004 to 2007 and they were a good employer.

I've only heard good things about MIL from friends who have worked for them.

Hello!

I had an interview with M.I.L. and the person whom I've talked with said there's another interview, if I were to be picked after the initial interview that is.

Are there people out there who got a second interview with them?

I really would love to work there! Embarassed

How long does MIL take to get back to you after you email them your resume, cover letter and picture?

Also, their instructions confused me a little. Was supposed to just attach everything to the email or was my cover letter supposed to make up the body of the email?

I once worked at a Shane school next door to a M.I.L. school. The Shane school was scheduled for closure -- couldn't take the heat, I guess -- so I went to the M.I.L. school, told them to expect new customers soon, and asked if they wanted a new teacher. They told me they only accepted native speakers of American English. Thus ended my short career in industrial espionage.

They replied to me about 2 weeks after I replied to their advert on eslcafe board, apologising for the delay - their system crashed or something. There was a lengthy 2 part questionnaire attached. Before going ahead and completing it I asked them if they only accepted American/Canadian native speakers. The answer was yes, so that was the end of that for me but she was very nice and polite about it. Glad I didn't do the application form though! She did mention that they were recruiting for a position to start end of March and 2 in July - that was last month.

By the way, I think the "she" you're talking about is a "he"

I emailed them everything that they requested. Their website said that they reply immediately with additional application materials. It's been two days and I've gotten nothing. Should I call them?

Well, they are flooded with applications at the moment.

However, they do have frequent e-mail problems, so you might just want to check everything went through okay.

Yes they do seem very picky about hiring NAs, as it's not specifically mentioned in student or teacher ads. I applied once (I am British) and got an interview date then literally 4 minutes after the initial email got an email saying someone had filled the position...
