Assuming one is hired at a university in China teaching oral English without prior experience (besides playing English games with kids at camp), what is the best way to "fast-track" in preparation?
What are some of the best online resources for lesson plan ideas/tips?
Are there videos online of university teaching in action?
Recommendations for helpful online tefl courses?
Recommended books?
Anything that has helped you or that you wish you knew before teaching at a uni, can you please post here?
