I was enrolled into the MPF scheme in August 2001. However, this company stopped paying my MPF contributions of 5% of my monthly salary around August 2002. The last payment made was in Dec 02 BUT that was for arrears up to August 02. In March 04, at my request, the MPFA instigated a criminal prosecution of the Director of Park Language . My MPF contributions were witheld for 17 months but the Director will likely only get fined for only 14 months as I didn't have pay slips for August, Sept 02.
My salary was paid late (5 -10 days late on average over 53 months and half of Nov 2003 salary was paid 20 days late, around Dec 30th 2003 with 1 bounced cheque, ATM transfers, phonecalls. I used emails threats to quit.
This is what I experienced in 4 1/2 years at The Park Language Group and every word of the above can be proven. Just email me for proof..contract, MPF documents even bank statement to demonstrate late payment as stated above
