I think it depends on your point of origin.
Also from my home you can't purchase a round trip if the return journey is more than 12m from the outbound one.
So if you are convinced you won't want to come home and recover your sanity after 10m then a one way could be a good way to go.
I have heard that if you live in a place serviced by a Chinese airline then you can buy very reasonable tickets home from PRC and pay in RMB. This avoids a foreign currency fee. |
