Champion, thanks a lot for the NESTA link. I've just checked it out and read the very comprehensive FAQ section, and pretty much everything else I could find on there. It was helpful.

However, I couldn't find the private discussion forum that you made reference to. Please would you advise ... thanks!

It's a private e-group that you can join with membership to the association. You must be a net to belong. Oh well, maybe you will be a net soon.

It could well be to your advantage if you're desperate for a job as I've known of two male NETs who've been asked their height and weight. From their experiences, if you are asked, run like the clappers in the other direction.

Size matters in one of 'those' schools.
