Right now the only thing keeping me from going through with the application is their work schedule. Working weekends and until around 9 at night for 5 or 6 nights is something I am sure I will dislike.

This is China; things work differently here than TROFW. (the rest of the world)

...ok...

To put it another way, the job doesn't sound that bad compared to...past experiences.

And I already landed a position in Beijing.

Yippie?

Oh, I did want to make the point that for part time work, the pay and benefits aren't bad.

Is Wallstreet that bad? They have a reputation for being organized and well run in Shenzhen and I was thinking of eventually looking for a job with them. Long hours or such?

Yes, WSE is total crap. Do not work for them. It is a total style over substance outfit. Besides, WSE in China is losing money. I would not be surprised if they go the way of NOVA.

Split shifts / unpaid breaks / 9+ hours a day at the center for 5 or 6 days a week. Now VVIP program, where they make you travel. Stupid management that does not care about the students.

Change = Future (WSE's new motto ... just goes to show you how f_ed up this outfit is.)

So bottom line, if you want to make the bosses happy and perform well in their eyes, how many total hours a week, on average and including everything, is one looking it? Sounds like perhaps ~40.
