| I was reading through the retirement one and I think some of the information might be out of date. I'm not certain, but the reforms that brought about the AFORE system nullied IMSS pensions for workers who began working in Mexico after 1997---Didn't it? |

I think that is the case and now the Mexican pension system for private companies is the AFORE, but I still have not seen such an overview of info in English anywhere else about Mexican employment and labor laws.
Sure hope others can also post useful info on this thread as well,

| I am new to the board I am waiting to get my FM-3 the INM already has my application and paperwork. Your links will be very helpful in the future. At the moment I am working at a Colegio here in San Luis and they sponsored my FM-3. Again thanks Prof. G. |
