That goes alongside driving etiquette: never indicating when turning left or right, pushing in at the front of queues at red lights, parking right outside a shop even though they block other vehicles from leaving. Pure selfishness and arrogance. I always tell the people expecting immediate service in a shop to wait their freaking turn. It seriously winds up the al-Beardos in particuliar.

You'd think cars in Saudi Arabia came without a
speedometer, indicator lights, rearview mirror or door mirrors. Nobody uses them.

Dear babur,

You forgot one item: brakes. Who need brakes when you have a horn?

John

I think soon they will have a drive through classrooms here. Students just give out the order over the microphone and teachers hand out a bag full of the appropriate homework for their order.

"Teacher can I have one prepositions homework with notes, handouts and pens included. Thank You. Can you mark me present please. Bye."

Teachers who spent years there but never got used to Saudi (and never stopped talking about how they never could get used to it). Very Happy

John

More like, cars come without drivers with brains.
