Hi!
My boss asked me to find 2 new teachers after my roomie and I finish our contract....sure like I have a million hours to spend doing this...
Anyways, I asked how much he would pay me to do this. He said 300,000 Won around $350 Canadian. I think he is ripping me off.
How much do people get paid to recruit? |

Assume you mean 300 000 won for every teacher you find? Don't do it. These people are as dodgy as everyone says...I worked with an agent in Korea after I got busted----on payday all he gave me was stories.
That commission is OK but I would be really careful who I am working with. He was giving me 200 a new teacher but would make excuses and claim he "found" them. It was a major waste of time. |

I thought it used to be about $1000 US for every teacher found. I believe that was the going rate in Korea. Now you know why recruiting is big business. Your boss is ripping you off IMO. |

See I had heard that from someone else...$1000 bucks a head.
I thought he was a little too sheepish when he suggested that whack $350 price....geez!
Thanks a bunch! |
