>Try being a whistle blower against a government contractor.
What happens then?
As for trying to stop someone from being employed, it is not allowed in USA. That website is not an official government list. If a prospecitve employer wishes to call your former boss and ask for a reference, even they are limited in what they can reveal... within USA. I do not know the employment laws of Hong Kong.
Respectfully, your ability to fly is a privelege. It can effect your ability to work. It's not the same as someone directly talking smack in an attempt to prevent you from working. Nobody is calling Osama Bin Laden and saying , "Don't let Teatime work for you. Her idea of terrorism is singing the national anthem off key at a ballpark."
The no fly list has been challenged, yes. There are government websites you mention with negative information about people. Sexual offenders are publicly outed on a list. But that website is not a government site. It's by someone ticked off. They could be making it up. Maybe the FT dumped his sister for all we know. |

Way to dig up a thread over two years old that never had any concrete information in it.

| Does that mean he actually used a search engine on this site as so many criticize posters for not taking the time. |
