Hey guys,
A heads up.
Was just about the fill out the V.2011A when I noticed a website saying effective 4/30/2012 there are two forms depending on your U.S. jurisdiction.
New York and surrounding states and the rest of the states.
Info here:

The bottom of the NY application says: CNNYCONSULATE JUNE 2011 EDITION
At the top of the supplemental form for NY it has a function to submit it by Email to Visarite. This isn't a requirement by the Chinese government. Visarite (a travel doc service) is asking for this because it is easier for you to type in the information.
Why would one want to email in the visa application without all of the other necessary paperwork and fees? |

Yeah, it looks like this applies only to the consulate in New York.
That website made it a little confusing. |
