I've just had an interview for a position at the Al Rowdah Academy. It's run by the IAT which have institutions all over the UAE, and Kaplan. The offer seems reasonable and I am considering taking it, but I know from researching numerous forums that Kaplan have a less than stellar reputation among tefl teachers.
Has anyone got any first hand experience (positive or negative) of working for this college or any other IAT/Kaplan institution in the UAE? I would be grateful for some feedback as I have to make a decision soon. Thanks |
