This time I was really going to get it right. I made mistakes before on Chinese esl contracts... So today I learned a new trick 
The little red government stamp is not the same as the name of the school on the contract....
SO the guy who signed the contract is just an employee of a bigger school . So -if there is a problem the "principal" who signed is not responsible under the law... AND the school who stamped the contract did not sign!
I have come to find out, this is a common practice to cover oneself in the private school business in China...
