I doubt it. Osaka is not a bad place. Their festival is pretty good.
Kishiwada is just a far suburb of Osaka city.
You can also go to Koya in Wakayama. You can take the Nankai line to get there. |

IIRC Koya is on the Koya line, whereas Kishiwada is on the Airport and Wakayama line -> you'd have to backtrack quite a bit to go to Koya easily.
There's a fair bit to do in Osaka, although you'll probably take the train to Nanba to do anything interesting. |

If I'm not mistaken, I think there are two stations in Kishiwada. |

| There are probably more than two (I can think of two and I've only gotten off the train for the danjiri) but the train to Koya doesn't stop in Kishiwada. |

What about Nara and Kobe? I won't have 2 consecutive days off so I'm trying to make the most of the free time that I do have.
Also, do you know when the trains first start running and when they stop during the day?
