A small suitcase of mine is at a compound that ESL teachers in Riyadh.
I would like to have the suitcase mailed out of the country.

Mailed ? I think DHL/Fedex etc might be more appropriate. You will have to get someone at the other end to organise and do the paperwork - which could be substantial. I shipped 200kg through a shipping agent who did all the paperwork for me.
