This is about jobs, people who want to make living. Isn't it common to beg for jobs here? I suppose some job seekers end up bribing someone. If they don't, others will. I have never, ever heard of any FT in China that had to beg or pay for their job.

Yes, some Chinese people do have to buy their jobs, but we are not Chinese.

Well, there are some non-native English speaking foreigners who probably stoop pretty low to get a job here. The writing's on the wall, or in this case, on the forum, if you know what I mean Wink

You are right, there do some to be some people that put up with some ridiculous circumstances in bad jobs.

But, I have yet to hear of anyone that had to initially beg or pay to get their jobs.

To a considerable extent, there are some that bend down for varieties of reasons but not so many actually are "non-native". Some choose to apply indirectly which brings in venal practices. Some grovelling weasels take advantage of the situation through a few sources.

Sorry, can't really understand what you're saying. What about the direct thing? Venal practices? Could you please say it all in another way that I might be able to understand?

just cut'n'paste, run it through google translate engrish->rooshin->english,
and thou receiveth:

"To a large extent, there are some who cant for a variety of reasons,
but not so much in fact "non-local". Some prefer to use indirect, which
brings corruption. Some groveling weasels exploit the situation through
several sources."

hope that helps.

No shortage of obtuse flunkeys that purposely neglect topics regulations and facts as it seems

Although I respect I am short of sponsorships to offer

Several clues, but the clincher was using uneasy to mean not easy.

Add to that the mention of forum rules.

No, I meant to say clincher. As in to clinch the deal. Clinch, to make final.
