Help please!

Can anyone shoot me a copy of a solid offer letter and contract (Polish & English versions)?

N I don't want to be nosy, nor am I on some super-secret stealth mission to determine competitive positioning. Please blank off any dollar amount, school name and other identifying information. I just want to do a basic contract and offer letter. Leaving an underlined area and quick explanation of what went there would be a plus.

It can be in the text of a PM, I just want to cut and paste it over onto a clean sheet so different names, amounts, some term changes and, of course, a new stamp can hit it.

It would be appreciated.

Can't help you with an offer letter (is there any standard for these things in Poland?) - but with a contract - what kind are you looking for?

I don't need it for the form as much as the Polish grammar. We can fill in the blanks with names, amounts and conditions, etc. It was just having something reasonably written that we were looking for.

Same with the contract. Just need a Polish one that we can fill in our own information.

Just saving paying a translator to write me a letter and translate a contract. Not that picky.

No, you have to be picky - a contract in Polish law can be one of several things (umowa o prace, umowa zlecenia, etc) - each of which have significant implications if you use it.

Sorry, thought it was understood that I meant an employment contract that would go with the invitation letter offering a job.

You, my friend, are treading on some very thin ice here and can wind up in a world of legal and financial trouble.

Why are you playing around with employment contracts when you haven't even a clue?

I kind of have to agree... What, are you trying to employ someone without really even knowing about the types of employment? How will you navigate the paperwork without knowing Polish? If you were more specific, maybe people could help you more.

Interesting.

It was just a simple question which has nothing to do with any of the responses so far.

A question for TEFL teachers asking if anyone could share their offer letter and employment contract.

No problem, will take care of it on my own (it's only money) thanks for the help guys.
