Where is the Justice for this little girl who was raped and tortured by her father? Broken arms and legs and her back. Burned with an Iron, her anus torn apart and her father tried to burn it closed again. When asked why he just chuckled. He got four months in prison. This was allowed by the supreme law of the land. What is going on here where this action is seen as acceptable?
