Does anyone receive Eurosport channel (TV) in Saudi? I am looking to receive Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2. Is it included in any 'package'? Can I receive Eurosport on its own, or does it come with a 'package'?

Looking to follow the major Athletics meetings (track and field) in 2013, including World Cross Country, and World Athletics Championships (Moscow, August 10-18, 2013). In addition I follow Tour de France (cycling) and other sports which are not 'high profile.' Looking for max budget of around $100 u.s. a month (375 SAR).

Note - I have a dish, with zillions of 'free to air' channels, but the movie channels are frustrating to watch, because of the ultra frequent commercials. No use really. TV 5 (France) is the best channel on 'free to air' as there are very few commercials for movies and sport (all the 6 Nations Rugby matches, involving France).

Thank you for any information you may have.

Ah, poor ghost.
I get both channels in question here in Central Europe, and have no real use for either. I'd send them your way if I could!!

Hopefully someone will be able to offer more concrete assistance:-)

Ghost, I am puzzled that after 6 (?) years in KSA you have to ask this onb a forum. Why not ask your students or colleagues ?

Dear scot47,

You mean - teachers in Saudi actually talk to their colleagues about non-job related matters?

Who knew Very Happy?

Regards,
John
