I hope everyone got home ok. A good time was had by all, and everyone was well-fed and satisfied. Thanks, Guy, for taking on the burden of organizing these meet-ups.
Everyone agreed that they would like to come back for another go. So maybe those who missed this Xochimilco gathering will get another chance.
Drivers: when I offer to give you detailed directions how to get here, Im not just flapping my fingers for nothing. Next time, I can provide maps and instructions and save you some traffic jams and scenic tours of downtown Xochimilco.
Hasta el prximo! |

That's the first and last time I use GPS to get there. Your directions out were far more concise.
Much better weather today than last Saturday...glad we put it off. |

A wonderful relaxing time was had by all! More thanks to Guy for organizing the excursion and for bringing his charming little daughter along. The most exciting part of the day was a humongous traffic jam in the Grand Canal which brought all the trajineras to a halt for many minutes! |
