If you have been interviewed and "passed" - i.e. you have a successful candidate number from the EdB - you are able to approach schools directly instead of waiting for the EdB to find you a position.
You are in the successful "candidate Pool" and it gives you a head start when schools start interviewing. Not all schools wait for a list of candidates from the EdB.
Check the SCMP (online) for schools that are already advertising.
If you are in the candidate pool AND you are a qualified teacher with classroom teaching experience in primary school/s my school is looking for someone in 2013-14. Send me a PM if you are interested. |
