Yep. UK degrees are typically 3 years in length. The USA-centric view that degrees had to be 4 year affairs used to be common here but hasnt been mentioned for a while.

I should also add (as someone reminded me to do) that the requirement is for a degree or equivalent qualification. Some other professionally awarded qualifications may also qualify one for official working papers too.

Just stopping by to say that of course it's flexible, it's China.

My visa a few years before was 'stalled' because Kid Castle tried to create problems and a 'form was needed'.

Called my friend who's father is an official, he called, I met an officer in a coffee shop, bought him coffee and cake, we talked about the soccer game that happened the night before, I explained the problem, shook his hand and he invited me to KTV the following day. Picked up my new visa the morning after and enjoyed the beers on him the same night.

Also, I don't think I've ever seen a wu mao's argument annihilated as hard as Helen's, good lord. I hope you're refunding the tax payers money on that one!
