Is it 100% impossible for a person without an English speaking citizenship to teach English in South Korea?
I'm a German citizen but have lived and studied in Australia and England since the age of 6. To me English is my mother language as I can only speak some German.
So does this make it impossible to apply for an English teaching job in South Korea?

It is not a stupid question but it is pretty much written in stone that you won't get a job either.
Technically, you can get a visa provided you can prove more than 12 years of your education were taken in an English speaking country at an English school and that must include your degree being from one of those 7 countries.
The reality is that there are no employer's willing to go to the trouble to hire you with the wrong passport and then have to deal with immigration trying to get you a visa confirmation number.
There are lots of available applicants who meet the requirements and have the right passport so the paperwork is minimal.
With a simple TOEIC/IELTS (proof of English competency) test you CAN get work just about everywhere else in Asia other than Korea/Japan.
