| I have only seen extremes in Japan. Cheap manual grinders or 10,000 yen+ luxury brand electric ones. Has anyone out there been able to find a decent electric coffee bean grinder for say 3000 - 4000 yen? |

To answer my own question, I saw an electric coffee bean grinder today at Kaldi Coffee Farm. It's a Melitta and it's about 3100 yen. It's not a bad price I guess. I think it's a blade grinder and not a burr type. But, beggars can't be choosers.  |
